We keep it small and simple. Owner Jamie McDevitt worked as a framer and finisher for a custom builder in Duluth from 2000 to 2013. When it was time to venture out, he acquired his MN Contractors license and started OCS.

Full time employee Bo Dardis has been on the crew since 2021. Bo graduated from Proctor High in 2020, and went on to the LSC Carpentry program. Many clients comment “where did you find this kid? You just don’t see young people as responsible as him nowadays". We tend to agree!

So that’s us. You’ll see us on the job from start to finish. No unfamiliar faces showing up on day one. We personally pound the nails, and our excellent licensed, bonded, and insured master plumbers and electricians help along the way.
